Remember the interesting observation J. K. Rowling once made about the children of Harry Potter. When she was writing her first book about Harry Potter, she had a hard time of it; she knew want and the hardships of a poor life. But the child actors in Harry Potter became millionaires from their earliest years, without knowing a single day of privation in their lives, and now, with all the money in the world, they are ready to trample the woman thanks to whom they received such opportunities.

The actors who played the villains, and who earned, as a result of their talented performances, a sea of hatred from fans of the books and films, have, by contrast, found the strength to overcome the dislike of the fans, to endure daily pressure over many years, and to choose the side of honour in a genuine battle. At least Felton did; I suppose Bonham Carter and Fiennes were not subjected to such attacks, after all.
