142 architectural monuments of Moscow entered in the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage Sites

142 architectural monuments of Moscow have been entered in the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage Sites. The list now includes 3,975 historic buildings and structures. All of these sites are under state protection.

Among the sites entered in the register today are the building of V.N. von Derviz's private girls' gymnasium with its fence in Gorokhovsky Lane, an outbuilding of a nineteenth-century town estate on Novinsky Boulevard, which Fyodor Chaliapin purchased in 1910, a nineteenth-century main house and outbuilding on Bolshaya Polyanka, the Monument to Yury Gagarin on Leninsky Avenue, erected in 1980 for the Olympic Games in Moscow, and other sites.
