In 2022 a vast gallery devoted to the Latino experience in the United States will open in New York. The Molina Family Gallery will be housed in the National Museum of American History and will concentrate on the historical and cultural heritage of American Latinos and their contribution to American history. The first exhibition will, in fact, be called “Latino History of the United States”. The gallery will operate in two languages, English and Spanish. It is being opened with money from the family of Dr David Molina, whose fortune is bound up with the medical sphere; among its partners and sponsors is the Smithsonian Latino Center.
