I went to Pavel Pepperstein's exhibition "Visions of Stars" at the Ekaterina Foundation. I must say it has been a long time since an exhibition project pleased me so thoroughly from beginning to end. One would think that Pepperstein is always highly recognisable and even somewhat repetitive, yet this time every work is animated by some new force and truly delights, draws in and intrigues. The paintings occupy three floors of the foundation, and admission is a mere 250 roubles. I felt a great deal like acquiring for a collection, though I am not sure the desire is within my means. Here, in order: Madonna, Zykina, Bowie, Aguzarova, Igor Nikolayev and Alla Pugacheva. As for your own favourite stars, you will find them yourselves, for literally everyone is there, even Rammstein and Kobzon.
