The Hon. Lady Ogilvy was in a wheelchair. With the years she looks ever more frail, yet she keeps her aristocratic bearing and grace, and is as beautiful as ever. At the ceremony Princess Alexandra was accompanied by her daughter Marina Ogilvy. Just look how alike they are.

By reason of her age, Princess Alexandra no longer carries out official duties as a member of the British Royal Family; she is, to all intents and purposes, retired and very rarely appears in public. She attended this family occasion solely of her own volition.

Princess Alexandra of Kent is 87, and in the royal family she is third in order of seniority, after her elder brother, the 88-year-old Duke of Kent, and his 91-year-old wife Katharine.
