An exhibition by the practising National Geographic photojournalist Gerd Ludwig, “The Long Shadow of Chernobyl”. He is the only foreign photojournalist to have received permission to photograph in the most dangerous zone at the site of Reactor No. 4.

The first city festival of contemporary art, EverArt Weekend. More than 30 of the city's well-known galleries will take part, presenting art objects by Russian artists, among them Vladimir Arkhipov, Andrei Bartenev, Alexander Brodsky, Marina Zvyagintseva and many others.
