Zhenya Lukashin's house and the Church of the Archangel Michael in Troparyovo, southwest Moscow

Where on Tretya Ulitsa Stroiteley in "The Irony of Fate" is the church, apparently of the eighteenth century?

Let us take this in order. Tretya Ulitsa Stroiteley (Third Builders' Street), where Zhenya Lukashin lives, is today called ulitsa Marii Ulyanovoy, lying between Leninsky Prospekt and Prospekt Vernadskogo, but there is no church there. The church in the frame is the Church of the Archangel Michael in Troparyovo, or the Church of the Miracle of the Archangel Michael, on the Troparyovo Ravine. It stands almost five kilometres south of Tretya Ulitsa Stroiteley, though likewise in the south-west of Moscow, on Prospekt Vernadskogo.

The building in which Lukashin lives is at 125 Prospekt Vernadskogo; Nadya lives nearby, at 113 Prospekt Vernadskogo. The buildings, incidentally, are not of a standard design, but were built to an individual design.
