Погромға дейін және одан кейін. КОКП Орталық комитетінің ғимараты, кейін Президент сарайы, ал қазір Алматы әкімдігінің ішкі көрінісі осындай. Дөңгелек мәжіліс залы 600 орындық. Сарайдың өзі 5 түрлі ғимараттан тұрады. Оны салған кезде құжат бойынша да 5 бөлек құрылыс болып өтті, әйтпесе мұндай қаржы жай ғана бөлінбес еді
