The famous restaurant guide of Duchemin, France's most authoritative restaurant critic, in the hilarious comedy "The Wing or the Thigh" with Louis de Funès, somehow ended up in Moscow in the same display case as Stepan Veselovsky's reference work on persons who served under grand and appanage princes, governors, archbishops, in the chancelleries, departments and institutions of the 15th to 17th centuries, "Dyaki i podyachie" \["Clerks and Under-Clerks"\], and the "Classification of Russian Written Sources on National History". As for the last two books, these are entirely real and rather important aids to the study of Russian history. The third book, in the red cover, is fictitious, that is, it imitates the real and truly legendary Michelin restaurant guide, known as the "Red Guide"
