The humiliations of an 83-year-old lady who gave her whole life to serving the Crown continue. Did you think only in Russia are people made to apologise on camera? Baroness Hussey, one of Elizabeth II's closest ladies-in-waiting, has once again been compelled to apologise to a most professionally offended black activist, whom she had asked: "Where do you come from?" First the old lady was dismissed with a crash, and now she has been hauled onto the carpet so that the result of her disgrace may be fixed in public. That will teach her to take an interest in other people's origins.
