The "Tolstoy's Word" project and Yandex Maps have joined forces for the classic's birthday. As a result, Maps now has a [Tolstoy](https://yandex.ru/maps/user/slovotolstogo?ref=theparnassian.com) profile, with genuine quotations from his diaries and letters about places in Moscow.

It looks as though the writer were sharing his impressions in reviews, and even the dates given are the real ones. On the theatre: "At the theatre I could not sit out the ballet, while the Tsar does so every day"; on the Moscow Zoo: "Petya and I decided to go to the Zoological Garden before dinner, I to look at the Brahmaputras and take a stroll, he to skate."
