Parade helmet of an officer of the Life Guards Horse Regiment with the large guards cockade in the form of a silver star of the Order of Saint Andrew the First-Called, with an enamel centre and the motto of the Order of Saint Andrew "For Faith and Loyalty", an image of the coat of arms of the Russian Empire and the Saint Andrew's cross. On the crown of the helmet is a three-dimensional, lifelike figure of a double-headed eagle in fire-gilt finish. The cockade roundel at the temple is painted in the colours of the state flag of the Russian Empire
