The display boards of the kiosk, on which a sign reading "back in 5 minutes" has hung for four years, carry works by contemporary artists from Nizhny, among them Artem Filatov, Ivan Sery and Kurs Studio. Among them is, for example, an advertisement for SLON Travel promising an unforgettable tour of the Solovetsky camp, an allusion to Maxim Gorky's guided visit to the infamous Solovki at the invitation of the Soviet government: by honest travel we join the great army of camp builders.

The kiosk has become an organic part of the local ecosystem: flea-market traders cluster around it, people arrange to meet beside it, and one can watch someone simply leaning on its rim for a chat. On the reverse side Siny Karandash (Blue Pencil) has written "La Dolce Vita". Real posters are pinned up here too, for example for the Rosbank digital public art festival.
