I do not know whether the video has reached the internet yet, in which, yesterday, at the newly opened Juan Cantina Española in Petersburg, having read the Spanish Vanity Fair and eaten my fill of fried artichokes, I shouted that within two hundred metres there was no more beautiful woman than Sassa de Osma. Just in case, I repent. From this day I adore Alessandra de Osma. A native of an old colonial Latin American family, she met Prince Christian of Hanover in Peru in 2013 and became his wife four years later. Today she still loves the cheap beer joints of Lima, even though she bears the title of Royal Highness in addition to Duchess of Brunswick-Lüneburg. Her husband is descended from Queen Victoria, Wilhelm II and Christian of Denmark, and occupies a highly improbable place in the line of succession to the English throne. At first the couple lived in Madrid with his father-in-law, Ernst August of Brunswick, and the latter's mistress; at the same time, Christian's elder brother, Hereditary Prince Ernst of Hanover, lived there with his Russian wife Ekaterina Malysheva, but that is quite another story
