I am often asked what to buy on the contemporary art market.
My answer: I prefer realism. And at the [VLADEY](https://vladey.net/ru/auctions/realism2022?ref=theparnassian.com) auction on Saturday, 11 June, there will be plenty of contemporary realism. The team has assembled canvases featuring Alexey Azarov's riot policemen, for whom "[things are not so clear-cut](https://vladey.net/ru/lot/9075?ref=theparnassian.com)", Natalia Zhernovskaya's [Soviet Antiquity](https://vladey.net/ru/lot/9110?ref=theparnassian.com), Konstantin Kotenkov's [arrival](https://vladey.net/ru/lot/9080?ref=theparnassian.com) of the cosmic negotiators at the Kremlin, Vladimir Logutov's [Meetings](https://vladey.net/ru/lot/9097?ref=theparnassian.com) with Brodsky, Konstantin Latyshev's [Vnatura](https://vladey.net/ru/lot/9096?ref=theparnassian.com) \[Honestly\], Yegor Koshelev's [Sawing](https://vladey.net/ru/lot/9088?ref=theparnassian.com) \[The Kickback\] and much else besides. All these artists wish their collectors happiness. They are little suns and paws. And I shall do everything I can to see that you buy good art. [Register](https://vladey.net/ru/auctions/realism2022?ref=theparnassian.com) for the bidding, and I shall see you on the list of buyers.
