I congratulate all my colleagues, the workers of this most vital sphere, whose efforts and talents, alas, too often remain in the shade or go unappreciated. I wish you recognition, both formal and informal, and a financial return! I wish you to withstand the bureaucratic storms and the squalls of legislative muddle! I wish you to stay close to the work you love and to be happy in your profession! Thank you for being there!
