The artistic director of the Oleg Tabakov Moscow Theatre, the actor Vladimir Mashkov, has spoken out on the introduction of QR codes for admission to cultural institutions:.

"I was vaccinated as soon as the opportunity arose, I was one of the first to have the jab, and I consider it my duty to keep an eye on my body, and when the antibodies start to fall, I will top them up. So the vaccine is, above all, for one's loved ones. All the more so if you are healthy, if you are sound of mind, not given to panic, then think of others, if you are sure of yourself. This is where understanding lies, an awareness of what is happening."
