Scorcelletti formed his style under the influence of the aesthetics of Henri Cartier-Bresson and Mario Giacomelli, and in the end his search for rigour and geometric perfection led him to a new photographic expression, free of templates and leaving room for poetry. Through light, shadow, nature and landscape he captures almost abstract images which, without any subsequent intervention, preserve the emotion of the moment intact.
